AROMA:
Bright Highland Agave humid, fresh grass and citrus, green fruits; mango peel and pineapple.
TASTE:
Agave, with slightly smoky notes of baked agave, citrus predominance, herbal notes of mint, with nuances of spices and fresh cinnamon
AGED 11 MONTHS IN AMERICAN WHITE OAK
CIUDAD REPOSADO
AROMA:
Gorgeous notes such as banana and green fruits, light sweet vanilla and fresh honey bee, remarkable wood from the American White Oak and fresh Highland Agave
TASTE:
Smooth oak flavors, bursts of honey and vanilla, that remain in the mouth with a soft smoky finish.
AGED 24 MONTHS IN BOTH FRENCH OAK AND AMERICAN WHITE OAK
CIUDAD AÑEJO
AROMA:
Wood notes that mix walnut and vanilla with slightly smoky coffee notes. Layered sweet tones of honey , maple and raisins, lots of fresh cooked agave, with fresh herbal scent
TASTE:
Soft and constant on the immediate palate. Beautiful notes of French Oak, walnut, caramel and vanilla. A lasting presence of cooked agave, a mixture of spices, like ginger. Fruit notes of apple and pear.
